There are also other nationalities who travel to non English speaking countries, such as the 3rd world countries but they are not ask to leave, they work there and earn their living - why so stringent; so far as the individual is not causing any problems. it is not fair at all - just let all of us get along.

We can't all get along unfortunately because the entire world doesn't speak the same language. I can't stand it when a foreigner comes here and doesn't try to speak or want to speak the English language. It aggravates me so much because in order for us to understand people in another country we must learn to speak their language in order to understand, you can't stay there forever and never know whats going on around you. I also think that i you want to go somewhere then learn the language, or be willing to learn it; it takes time but once there you would be better off, and not be as lost instead of thinking I don't know whats going on and trying to communicate with someone who doesn't know anything your saying.

First of all, this has nothing to do with dining out. Second of all, you haven't told us what country you're referring to.

Countries have different immigration policies for different reasons. The U.S. has one of the most stringent immigration policies in the world. Same with many European nations.

The driving force of immigration policy is usually economics although nationalism is also a major factor as well.
