definitely video replay - just looks at the number of bad referee decisions made in this WC. Maybe 3 referees instead of 1, each in charge of 1/3 of the field, then they can watch the gameplay more closely, the other 2 can then be consulted in times of doubts.

I think they should have a challenge rule i don't know maybe 1 or 2 in each halve , in order to review critical calls with instant replay
to avoid for example bad penalty calls or free kicks to be overruled , this will help teams , referees , and football avoid some controversy . but it should be controlled ,there should be a limit to these challenges , so teams must use them wisely

i think they should eliminate the off sides rules because i think it's really not necessary when someone is attacking and they ge stopped because they're off sides, and how many goals have there been made that were off sides and were not counted because of tha? and besides it makes it a lot more interesting, at least that's what i think

They should introduce video playback. It only takes a few seconds and would clarify issues regarding fouls and diving etc.
