Probably not. But even if so, it was not intentional. Unlike the Arabs, Israel does not purposely target non-combatents.

No. Investigations proved it was a land mine placed there by the PA. Don;t you find it interesting that there were video cameras following the action at the scene within seconds of the explosion?
