RAPE no doubt. Call police immediately. Every second that passes is lost evidence.

THIS IS RAPE! Just because she invited him over means absolutely nothing! She did not ask to be forced upon. The man that did this is a pig and needs to be caught as he WILL do this again to someone else, It is her duty to stop him not only for herself but for all other women out there. Call the police or go to the hospital emergency room and do a rape kit, she needs to know it was NOT her fault! She did NOTHING wrong! now attend to herself!

If she said no it was rape.It doesn't matter how she met the guy or if he was invited or not.Her mind frame would say that a woman walking down the street could be raped and it would be her fault if she looked at or said hi to a man.She needs to talk to a rape counselor o get help. She should call the cops and show them the messages if she saved them.He is be a predator and needs to be reported before others become a victim.

IT WAS ABSOLUTELY RAPE!!!

She used very bad judgement and got herself into a dangerous situation, but it was NOT her fault, and NO MEANS NO under any circumstances.

Thank goodness he used a condom, but she should absulutely call the police. She did not invite him over for sex, he pushed her violently and she said NO.

What he did was totally illegal, and if she calls the police she could save other women from being hurt by him as well.

hun its rape. its not her falt that this guy did this to her. but she needs to know never let them home to your house. always meet in public and never go some where with them alone. she needs to call the cops. it happens sadly all the time. it does not make her less of a person because it happened to her. she needs to call the hopes and then go talk to a dr. it will take some time to get over the rape. well atlest able to live her life again. ill pray for her. i am sorry that it happened to her. Q: does she have any hand makes of any kind on her? if she does from the rape. take pic of it and date them. she also needs to go to the hospital too. they can run some test to see if she is ok. if they find any thing she can take it and use it aginst him. hope it works out

No does mean No works for men and women
and yes it's Rape and if she does not call the law that guy will keep on doing it to others , and possibly stalk her ,etc... since he knows where she lives and probably knows her actions somewhat as well..

CALL THE LAW !!

It is still rape if she says no. It doesn't matter if she invited him over or not. The question is how hard did she try to fight him off. He obviously had enough time to put a condom on. Regardless she should report to the authorities.

Yes, she was raped, and the condom was his way of concealing his identity through DNA testing. Many women feel that it was somehow their fault, through what they wore, said, or did. Bottom line is that it was not consensual, she did not ask for it and he forced himself on her. Even if she invited him over, that doesn't mean he has permission to do whatever he wants. At the very least she needs to see a doctor for STD's and a counselor for the emotional trauma. Contact your doctor, local hospital, or clergy for help.

If she said no, that means no!!!! She was raped! She should call the police asap because he used a condom. There is little evidence already!!! If she wants, there will be no evidence at all!!!

Call the police. NO means NO! It doesn't matter what she asked him to come over for, when she said no, it became rape.
