I am not going to try to profess to be the expert on women health issues, sorry but I am the wrong guy for that.
You did not mention, but obviously to urinate frequently, you must be drinking a lot as well.
Excessive thirst and frequent urination can be signs of diabetes.
Get to a doctor and get it checked out!

It could possibly be a Urinary Tract infection if the constant urination is accompanied by a burning sensation.
If you also are having the urge to drink large quantities of water or other beverages and then having the urge to urinate frequently it could be diabetes.
If you are also having pain or cramps in your sides it could possible be an infection that has moved up from your bladder to your kidneys.
In any case I would most definitely have it checked out by a doctor, so be prepared to give a urine sample. And Good Luck!

First of all, you should see a doctor about any health concerns. It's really important that you don't risk your health by taking advice you get from people online and not seeing a doctor to make sure you're alright.
That said, are you consuming a lot of water? I urinate every hour or so, but that's because I consume a ton of water every day. I usually drink between ten and fifteen glasses of water today, and all of it has got to go somewhere.

You actually don't need to ask people here; this could be serious.
Many females can get a bladder inflammation that could disguise itself as urinary tract problems. But the big concern is pus on a kidney or a slight blockage of the urinary tract in the form of an oxalate (hyperoxaluria), or calcium stone. Sometimes kidney colic will cause free urination, which is a desire to urinate and causing an individual to actually increase intake of water, causing urination on a frequent basis.

You might have a UTI (urinary tract infection) it isn't that bad. When you go does it get painful? Do you notice tissues afterwards? That is one main sign, and if it is then you should go to your doc and get a prescription. If not, I'm sure it could just as well be a bladder issue!

Just to echo what others have said, if you're drinking a lot of fluids that could be it, and thus there would be no problem. But if you still feel concerned, I would definately reccomend the doctor.

if it's not a UTI then it's possibly Diabetes, another symptom is a craving for fatty foods like milk and butter. Either way, go to your doctor!
