yes...they are not age controlled...at least not where i live

Yes, but there are places like local health departments and Planned Parenthood that provide condoms free of charge. You can also get condoms at Walmart, which has self-check out lines, so you don't even need to deal with the cashier. Same at Kroger and other grocery stores.

Condons do not come under any age restriction at all.
Although at 15 you shouldnt really be needing them but then again on the other hand at least you are prepared to take precautions.

i think so sometimes they r in the bathrooms but u really dont need one yet ur 2 young im 17 n i dont wanna ruin my life r u ready for a baby and i guess ur not married that aint good
