Why not?

They should be even though people see it as being gay as sinful i mean everyone else in the world has done sins too so whats the difference

Us? To whom are you referring? Whites? Christians? Normal people? We are just people, of course we should be treated like people.
Imagine if you had asked" Should blacks be treated like us" or "Should Jews be treated like us". Who wouldn't be offended?

Depends on what you mean by "us". If by "us" you mean straight, then yes, of course. We're all human, after all. But if by "us" you mean hostile aliens out to destroy earth, then no.
