TSN and Sportsnet are showing all games live as well as replays.
But CTV has rights to the final. Replays of the final are shown on both Sportsnet and TSN.
Check out the websites for tv listings in your area.
I've also been told that Gol TV is showing some matches but that might just be for american games.
Fox Sportsworld may have something and maybe ESPN.

Sportsnet and TSN + the final game between England and Germany you can see on the full CTV Network on July 9th. Then you will also see England lift the cup. Isn't this the best sporting event in the world.

I know espn and espn 2 are boradcasting them in the States. Don't know if it works the same or similar in Canada sorry.

If you cant find it on TV - try the FIFA match cast - its pretty good... I have the match cast going on my laptop and have the TV on at the same time! I REALLY don't want to miss a thing!!

The BBC (www.bbc.co.uk) show the matches they have on TV over the internet and you could watch it via that if you have broadband (ISDN).
