Once upon a time there was a man, a little man who lived on the shore of a little brook near a well-worn bridge. Every day he traveled across the bridge and down a shady lane to the town where he worked as an accountant, keeping track of expenditures and costs for the bbutcher, the baker, and the candlestick maker.
Every day he dropped a single flower he'd collected from the brookside at the door of the blacksmith's daughter, whom he admired greatly.
One day, as he traveled the shady lane home from work, a big monster came and ate him.
THE END

I was a devout alcoholic who lost everything in my life, and everyone that mattered including my family and many places to live and everything I owned, The Lord took that all away from me when I asked to be saved, I lost all my taste for beer in that instant, it doesn't even bother me when people talk about it, I have no cravings what so ever.I've asked the Lord for forgiveness, and turned my life around, now I have a good job, that I'm proud of and happy and attend church where I've met alot of new friends.
I don't wake up everyday worrying where I'll get my next beer, or where I'll sleep, or regret things I have done.
I have a new life now and Jesus is in it, and once people accept Jesus, I'm living proof that anything can happen. Even Miracles.

-over the next few years got hooked on worse drugs, arrested several times (theft, breaking a cop car window, etc), several months jail time, tried to committ suicide again. My apartment got robbed and best friend got raped, I was homeless and on the streets half the time and always messed up
