how can you let yourself live with such a monster?and if you're joking then my god you are one sick person. if you are joking, think about all the people who really do suffer through stuff like this everyday. if you are joking, you should be ashamed of yourself. if you happen to be serious and you stayed with a man for 40 years, i think that you must be bing forced to stay or something. i don't care and i don't think anyone else does either how you do it, just get out.
as for the a/h, i have no idea what you are talking about because i don't know what that is.

why do you want a new after hours for isnt the old one any good?
so it appears the rape part is ok with you then.
in this culture rape is not ok.
it doesnt make any difference if hes a doctor except he could take care of any inflicted wounds. that would save money.
might be good idea to tell police or crisis center

Baby girl you need to get out an get some help because something is wrong with you if you put up with that for that long. And report his ***!!!!! to the police cause he need some help too he might be doing it to his patient as well and they don't even know and if you think he love you baby girl I'm here to tell you you are wrong .
