I vote for the Britax - either the Roundabout or the Marathon. They're known for being really well made, and I have to say that from looking at several, they really are the best. I also like the velcro that keeps the straps out of the way while buckling them in.

I LOVE the Evenflo Triumph V. It is really easy to adjust the straps - you just use a knob on the side of the seat to loosen and tighten the straps. My daughter is so comfortable in it. It's easy for her to sleep in it without her head flopping all over the place. It's nicely padded and comes in "normal" looking colors, nothing really over-the-top.

I have the Alpha Omega Elite. While I love the features, it bothers me that when my 9 month old daughter falls asleep in it, her head falls forward onto her neck. Maybe this will change once she's forward facing.

I use the Britax Marathon. It's pricey but it is known as one of the safest and it's very easy to use.
