Stop sleeping with her. Really.
This isn't an answer out of prudishness, you'll be hard pressed to find someone sluttier then me. I love sex. But right now, you're giving her everything she wants without making her give any back. You need to stop being a door mat.
Repeat after me: "I'm sorry (insert her name here), but this really isn't working for me. We broke up two weeks ago, and this is co-dependent and unhealthy. If you want to rekindle our relationship, I'm willing to consider it, but whatever this is, it's over".
That puts the burden on her. If she wants you back, now she knows she will have to actually act on it. If she doesn't want you back, hey, you're no longer being used by your ex. Win-win.

Well you see that she is at least still around, I was on the your girlfriend's side recently and I feel that I don't want to have to answer to anyone, even though I still give off the vibes that I'm in love with my girlfriend, Some people just need to learn about themselves, just give her some time, maybe she is doing a little soul searching, and maybe it has nothing to do with you. Maybe she's having her own internal issues to deal with. Just show her that you're there, don't overwhelm her and put pressure on the nature of your relationship, if you feel you are destined to be with each other, then you will be. Good luck sweetie, everything will work out well.

Well your relationship lasted pretty long for her to just break up like that. Find out what led to the break up and fix it. Don't expect her to immediately come running back to you after you fix the problem but wait awhile and give her some space. Then gradually lure her into moving back in with you through the charm you showered on her the first time yall met.

I think it's time to sit down with her and have a major talk. Find out why she broke up with you. Tell her you are in love with her and want her back. You have nothing to lose, but her, so give it your all.

Is she seeing someone else that you know of? If ya'll have had some problems maybe you could find a counselor or a person to help kinda mediate things with you both. I hope ya'll can work things out.

Try taking her out to dinner and talking to her about why your relationship failed and what you will do to fix and improve it. Caller her like 2 times and don't caller her any more than 5 times. It may seem desperate to her and she may not want to date you again. Just be your normal self and i'm sure she'll want to date you again.
