I've never seen another guy with my anatomy. My penis sticks straight out from my body when I'm naked, even when I'm not hard. It sticks straight up when I'm hard. It never bothered me, even though my friends have joked about it in the locker rooms and I've noticed guys look at it funny. Anyone else like this or seen guys like this?

I work in the healthcare field, so listen up. Your condition may be associated with either too tight a skin or underlying tissue of the abdomen above the penis, or from a muscular condition. You didn't say whether you work out a lot, so I can't be more specific. If it's painful, for your sake, SEE A DOCTOR!!. If it's just a nuisance, if I was you, I'd still get a doctor's opinion.
