I'm assuming (as others answering this question have) that a fuse blew, and you got the light back by replacing a fuse.

There may be another fuse on the back of the radio or an inline fuse in the feed to the radio, that also blew. If so, replace that.

However, a fuse usually blows for a reason. It could be that the fuse blew because of a fault in the radio - so the radio needs to be repaired or replaced. Remove the radio from the car, connect it to a 12v supply and check it - you may find it was the cause, not a symptom.

Check all the fuses, not just the fuse box for the car there may be an inline fuse to the power supply to the radio, get a light and look up under the dash, or you may have to pull out the radio to find it.
