If he calls you back to back and tells you he loves you then he's not and if you trust him you should know if he is cheating or not.
All I am saying is if you can trust him then he is not cheating if you don't and you think he is chating than he probably is sweety.

ITS KIND OF SAD YOU HAVE TO ASK IF HE IST INSTEAD OF HE IS, BUT DOES HE ACT DIFFERENT? WHEN YOU CALL IS HE IN A HURRY TO GET OFF THE PHONE OR DOES HE PUT YOU ON HOLD TO GET TO A QUIETER PLACE TO TALK? IF ANY OF THESE ARE A YES THEN HE PROBABLY IS. IF THEY ARE ALL NO THEN HE PROBABLY ISNT.

i believe he isn't cheating when all he talks about you more than any other girl. when he spends more time with you than any of his other girl friends. just because he spends time with his other friends that are girls doesn't necessarily he's cheating. also i believe that he isn't cheating when she comes over she brings her boyfriend over

Girl if you think he is then he probable is, we women have that 6th sence about those types of things, but I would investagate to make sure.
