I believe CRS means Certified Residential Specialist. This is a designation that realtors can earn.

Do you mean CSR? If so they are customer service Representatives. They do many things, usually answer phones and in some cases take payments, file etc... they are usually Girl Fridays.It is a good place to start in the insurance business, you will get a good working knowledge of insurance.

Could be Cash Register Sales and Service. They install, maintain, and repair cash register systems.
