Umm.. yes and no. Yes, it can happen. It has.
This question has always befuddled me. I know there are strong women out there and I'm a feminist but I honestly think that most men could fight back effectively if they were truly being raped. Additionally, if he really didn't want to, why would he have an erection?
There are exceptions, of course to everything. I'm sure it's possible but in my opinion, not likely.

Yes, look at the sex offenders registry. Some of the woman on it are for rape of a male partner.

unless she gave him drugs like "the date rape drug" then I guess she could give him oral..

Yes, it has been known to happen. Men often don't come forward because they are completely humiliated.

It is certainly possible that she can be convicted of sexual assault, although this is rare, and probably requires a lot of evidence etc.
