no dont water at noon...

They do however need a little shade...

get some of that material at the garden shop.. by using pegs and this shade (material) you can salvage your plants from the scortching sun.

Water your plants early morning and in the evening after the
sun goes down. Water at base of the plants. Heat and sun
will cause some drooping, but regular watering will keep roots
healthy and the ground from getting to dry and hardening
around roots. Good Luck!

Is there a way you can set up a drip irrigation system for your plants perhaps? That way there won't be water beading on the leaves and cooking them.

Otherwise, take care of the watering in the evening and early morning. Good luck!

Really water-loving plants anyway. Water with a can morning or evening. Or a hosepipe with timer if there is no ban. You can get water-retaining ranules, but I haven't found them very useful. Also some shade.

If you water you should do it only at night,,, that gives them a head start on the next days' drying and helps them stay sturdier.
Never water in mid day,,, night is best with early morning being second best.
