Young women hook up with older men bcuz it for men age is an equalizer. They will tend to have money, more stable, etc. Women hook up with younger men bcuz they can keep on going and look better than old men and the young guys like an older woman's experience.

No, the problem is that guys of the same age are not grown up enough so girls need to find guys somewhere else
