Could be out of 100%, /10, likely/ unlikey what ever, obviosly I cant tell you what it is because Im not supposed to, its a traddition, yes it is asking god to grant it.
What are the chances, come on tell me, give an example, say from the bible because in a way its a public prayer.

Unfortunately things don't come true just because you wish for them. Don't get me wrong, it is a lovely tradition to make a wish when you blow out your birthday candles and im going to carry it on when i have children, but a wish is different from a prayer and im not particularly religious, although i do believe in God, but shouldn't prayers be an unselfish thought??

I think the odds of matching my 6 numbers are 1 in 35 million. Hasn't come true yet.
