Have it converted to 134. The kit is inexpensive. You could probably have the recharge and conversion done for the price of refilling with freon. If it needs recharging ints leaking somewhere. Have it repaired.

go to kbb.com kelly blue book they need the zip code because where the car is affects the pricing. but a 91 if you are the potential buyer walk to a newer car.
