My son had that for awhile We used the olive oil and hydrocortisone cream and it cleared it up quickly.
Hey Jigglypuff my son had that also when he was a baby. I feel bad for your clients. A lot of babies get that it doesn't mean that they are not being taken care of properly. Grow up - that wasn't nice what you wrote.

It's probably Eczema. A very common childhood skin problem.
Eczema: A noncontagious inflammation of the skin, characterized chiefly by redness, itching, and the outbreak of lesions that may discharge serous matter and become encrusted and scaly
You will probably need to go to the doctor and get a prescription to control it.

I would talk to your pediatrician. It could be a fungal infection or a type of eczema. Best to have an expert correctly diagnosis it for proper treatment. Good luck

My daughter has the same thing! Her doctor said to rub hydrocortisone back there. It took it away in about 3 days.

I'm a social worker, and I'll be happy to place him in a home where someone can clean and care for him properly since you cannot.

You will probably need to see a doctor. It could be something called summer sores which older kids can also get.
