There is norton antivirius i dont know if this is what is restrictting or me becasue im part of works network but i cant doeloead some game and macrmedia flash player it need password anyhelp would be great

I assume this is a work computer? You have to ask your administrator, and even then they might not allow you.

either u would have to have permission from the administrator or to have administrator rights
