Sounds like you have a leak in the drain line coming from the bottom of the tub or shower floor. This is a bad thing that must be fixed ASAP or you risk major damage to the ceiling below and any electrical wires running between floors in that ceiling.
You have to call a licensed plumber. It will be expensive.

You may have a clog in the waste line that is OK if you take a short shower. Fixing it? It would require taking out some of the ceiling, replacing the pipe, and patching the ceiling.....

examine the base of the shower for cracks or maybe it needs caulking around the edges. Could be a hole in the drain pipe. No telling what it will cost until you know the extent of the damage. One thing for sure the longer you let it go the more damage it will do.

It's possible the fitting has come loose where the shower is piped into your bathtub. I had to knock a hole in my wall and tighten it. Then made a trap door to gain easy access if happens again. Believe me, I am a novice and it was really easy to fix.

Either your bath needs re-sealed or your waste pipe is leaking a bit.
Half fill your bath with water and run a bead of silicon sealer around the edges of the bath, try to get the anti-fungal stuff. leave to set then drain the bath and that should be you done.
