The only people that I know that get free weed are attractive females and friends of people that have copious amounts of it.

Go ask your local police dept. if they are clearing out their evidence room. You must ask specifically for weed , and sometimes they will give it to you before throwing it away.

if you end up picking up a bag for someone else...pinch the bag..not so much that they will notice...but enuf for at least a bowl...or go to a friends house and see if they will smoke you out or give you a bud...good luck
