When I signed on, I had fifty plus email. I deleted only one (1), and more that 25 email got deleted. I questioned this when it happened some time ago, but no one had an answer. Is there a way to prevent this from happening?

You checked the box that makes all of the emails on your current page get checked before you hit delete. Then when you hit delete, you didn't just delete one email, you deleted all the ones that were checked.

Did anyone sneak into your stuff in your room and took your password? Did you click "check all" and "delete all" by mistake? If you do, check the "Trash Folder". If not, you must've clicked "Empty" which it'll delete you mail permanently. Are you using a computer in public? If you are, don't check "save password" before you log on because other people could log into you email.

im assuming that you use Yahoo mail. ur clicking the wrong button. one checks them all, the other checks the one that you clicked. make sure the box is the one next to the e-mail because yahoo displays 25 e-mails per page

Havent had that happen to me, but I would suspec that you hit the wrong button. I've done that before, but never lost as many letters as you did.

at the bottom of all your emails is a link that says "check all". you probably clicked on it by mistake and then hit delete. be careful

R u sure that u only had one e-mail selected to be deleted? Maybe u shouldn't delete any e-mails if u have enough room.
