The Grudge was so freaking suspenseful, but yeah, there are ghosts... Hide and Seek was pretty scary, I suppose, and The Ring scared the crud out of me as well.

It isn't really scary, but I love Sleepy Hollow. Ghost Ship and 28 Days Later are also some of my favorites.

Fire in the Sky. Not many people have heard of it but it will scare the heck out of you. It's an older movie about an alien abduction based on actual accounts, creepy stuff!

The only movie that really scared me was Rosmary's Baby. Its at least 25 years old now but it's worth looking for. I still think about it.

Saw, Saw II are very SMART movies ... A BIT gory, but extremely smart and suspensful.
Videodrome scared the daylights out of me.
Cape Fear is another.

Blood Sucking Freaks
I loved it when they painted a target on a girls *ss and threw darts at it.
She screamed really loud then a midget yelled bullseye!
