YEP!!!! You have to be very careful. It is possible though. My mom didn't see mines for a good 3 months. Then one day I forgot about it... and she saw it when we were talking. But yeah... be careful... you can do it!

I've had some friends who experienced success in that category. But not for long! Get a pink-colored ring, and don't laugh, eat much or talk expressively around your parents. Obviously, you need a poor relationship with your parents to have any success with them never noticing. Good luck!

I was living with my parents when I got mine pierced. Took them about 3 days before they noticed it. It's really not that easy to hide--unless you NEVER talk and only eat when no one is home.

this only works for like a month if your good. they will soon find out. my parents are oblivious to everything and they noticed. it took them a while but they noticed and after it was all said and done they didnt even care.

I'd think it's impossible - they would easily realize you are not moving your mouth freely by trying to hide. And otherwise they'll see it anyway, sooner or later.
So either don't do it or live with the consequences - can't imagine they would be too serious.

ah no!! Your tongue swells up for awhile and you will forever sound different while wearing the bar bell. Your parents should be able to tell.

i dont think thats possible. i guess u could hide it and they wouldnt notice for a few weeks but they will eventually notice.

i got away with it for a long time, but eventually i realized i didn't care. they will find out anyways. and they alway think it has something to do with satan, drugs or gay sex.
