Hate to break it to you but the best place--but not the only place to find such a hard to find item is....yea...eBay. As luck would have it, there's something like what you want up for auction NOW for $19.99 and THIS auction ENDED 7/2/06 and they weren't sold so you have a chance to buy them or keep looking!
So if you aren't a member of eBay, you'll have to find someone who is or register yourself (it's free) before you can bid.
If you don't want those, just keep searching for
HARLEY DAVIDSON SNOWMOBILE
in an eBay search once a week...sooner or later they'll be posted!
The other links could have your decal kit, but again, you'll have to keep going back to check their sites too.

I would suggest joining a vintage snowmobile club. Sounds like a cool sled..good luck!
