This is actually a topic that has much debate.

There are even entire websites dedicated to the topic.

Even in the scientific community there is debate on what is considered "feelings" with fish.

But to answer you question the best that I can. They do have brains, and some can recognize their mates, and even tell their own fry from others. A task that is very near impossible to us humans.
I have seen a fish get depressed when they are a schooling fish and get put in a tank alone. They get angry at other fish and form a hiarchy of types in the tank. So depression, anger, lonelyness all in all I have to say Yes I do think they have feelings and there are times they do show it.

Generally fish will recognize the people who feed. I wouldn't say they have feeling, but they do feel pain and hunger. They will learn to a very minor degree. My fish come for feeding when I stick in a finger and swirl it around.

I believe fish have feelings, like the other poster said they can feel hunger and pain but they can also feel scared, lonely, angry and just about any other feeling. People always say that fish are stupid and with goldfish how they only have a 3 second memory but the fact that they remember who feeds them kinda disproves that now doesn't it?
