We was together for 13 mths and I love him with my heart and soul. We had a family and now he is living with someone else. It's not just me hurting but his children and my children. I know he not good for me but I can't let go. I see other guys but it's not the same. I do need help but I pray to God to take it away. Please help!!

Channel all that energy into something or someone else. All is usually take is for you to meet someone else meaningful.
Not just meet a man but a meaningful and decent man who truly has the best interest of you in mind when he meets you.
Once you open your eyes and heart up to see other people and they start exposing you to a loving and better way in your personal and love life, I feel you will no longer feel a need and want for a man who has caused you pain not to mention your children.

Honey that will just take time for the hurt that you feel to go away. you are right you don't need him. Life is way to short to be thinking about a loser like him. Keep your head up and things will get better for you in time.hind sight is 20-20. When you look back at this later in life you will say thank god i am not with that loser anymore.Remember what don't kill you only makes you stronger.

Its not going to be easy but with time you can do it. When you think that you love him and miss him remember how much he's hurt you and how he doesn't deserve you, and keep yourself as busy as you can with your children, home, job, friends, try to find joy out of life again don't let this beat you! In time you'll see him as just a relative, the father of your children. There's someone out there for everyone just be patient and live your life. And don't worry what goes around comes around one day you'll be the happy one and he'll be the miserable one it always happens. But as hard as it may be don't contact him unless its absolutely necessary.

You cant just stop loving him it takes time. My best suggestion is to just enjoy life for what it is right now dont dwell on the past hey things happen i aknow your hurting but hes not worht your love so girl go get your hair done and your nails pamper your self and get out hter and show all hte fish in the sea what you got

you cant there is always going to be something for that person even if you find somebody else. Trust me i know i was with this boy for 2 yrs an 6 months an i cant get over him and i tried and it wont go away
