OMG !!! Lucky you. It' 3.14 here and that's lower than it was a week ago. It's gotten up to 3.89 out here. It's all gouging. If it's over 1.50 it's too much.

Yes. I think it is. They call it "fear" of things going on in the middle east and other political crap. Interesting when the price of oil DROPS, the gas prices don't go down at all for maybe a few days, but when the price of oil goes UP they raise it by like 10 cents that very afternoon. Obviously they didn't just buy the gas that morning at those higher prices. Bunch of crap!

Where are you ? Out west the gas is over $3.00 and has been for a few months. I have aray of cars and diesel pickups to fill a tank is over $100.
Our gov't has been dragging their feet in dealing with a situation that everyone knew was on the horizon.
Call your representatives and tell them what you think.

Its the Bush economy. As you might recall, gas was half that or less in the previous administration.

Attack a middle eastern nation and threaten another, speculators get nervous and the price of crude skyrockets.

No more blood for oil.

They say the cost of oil per barrel went up but it does it every holiday weekend. Gas is so expensive I can not afford to go anywhere :(

if you ask me, the goverment is finding more and more ways to take our money one way or the other. I don't know why we get paid at all. Some times I think it would be nice being a homeless person. wonder what the goverment would do if we all just decided to quit paying anything.

i feel like it is but they call it summer demand. Wish I was paying 2.96 it's 3.23 here in CA
