I got in the jeep to go the grocery store.. It wouldn't start.. I had it put on the computer.. It was the crank sensor.. We changed it and it finally started. But it will run great for about 15 minutes then it idles rough then totally quits...We also changed the heat sensor, sparkplugs, fuel filter and spark regulator and map sensor. Sounds like an additional computer control issue. Has the Control Unit been tested? Have the Jeep Dealer look at the Car.

It could be the computer in you Jeep getting ready to go out. Mine acted like that before the computer went out. When the computer goes out completely it won't run at all. or at least that's how it was with mine.

Have you changed the rotor, distributer cap and capacitor? also see if there is any water in the gas. Another cheap option the gas filter i would start with the filter .
