Sadly, no. For some reason, people who don't understand homosexuality feel that they are somehow able to generate opinions on the topic. I don't see why they have such negative opinions on something they don't even understand.

Not everyone in the world is going to be accepting. There are too many people who are radical in their thoughts and won't "accept" certain things. I think as a rule though, most people (but not the "world") have become more accepting. Will & Grace show didn't hurt them either - as that was a popular and very funny show (neither of those guys are gay either in real life).

Although homosexuality is now FAR more widely accepted as natural and okay than it has been in the past, there are still people who think that it's wrong, and though some of these people "hate the sin and not the sinner", there are many who feel as though their morals are perfect and that the rest of the world should have to live by them. It's rather unfortunate.

Abomination of Christ! LOL. That's pretty funny. It would be nice if the world accepted gay people. It is people with comments like this that will make gay people unacceptable in the world. True ignorance.

nope, I'm gay myself, and the 1st guy answered the question for you. He's right.
Perhaps the question should be "Has the CIVILIZED world accepted gay people fully now?" and the answer could be yes.

Not yet, speaking as a gay man we have it easier (slightly)then what it was in the 70's but we still are second class citizens and still get discriminated against if we're out and open. I never was able to get a job in my home-town after I came out of the closet and people are reluctant to buy from my shop there now because of it.

No way, there will always be prejudice against gay people because there are too many closed minded people in the world.

Homosexuality is an abomination of Christ. I for one have no tolerance for it. So the answer is emphatically NO!!! That does not mean that there are not some that believe it is okay.
