He's been dead more than 10 years now. As for his death certificate, either his next of kin's got it or it was eaten by Sam I Am along with the green eggs and ham

Not alive and he resided in a town off the coast of Massachusetts somewhere. Ill bet if you go to a search engine you will find his home town and death date which i have none of off hand. Sorry but hopefully this has put you in the right direction.

Dead and he was recently on a US postage stamp. You can only get put on a US postage stamp after you've been dead for 10 years or more, unless you were a US President.
