Which XBox>?
For the 360 I would say wait a month for Chrome Hounds and Over G Fighters.
For regular XBox you have to have Halo 1 - 2 or both. Also Burnout Revenge and Battlefield 2 for regular XBox are good fun as well. Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter is a great game especially online.

I love the game "Burnout: Revenge". It is a different kind of racing game- you're supposed to destroy the other cars. There are other game on there like the one where you have to make the biggest crash possible or takeout 10 cars faster than your opponent. Thankfully, there is no people in those cars and it's totally bloodless. Rated E 10+.
