It had a girl and a boy character, and on every page there was a new scene, like a building, boat, plane etc. all built from building blocks. I can't really remember what happened in it, if anything because I was very small, or the name of the book or author, but it was a library book which I loved, which I saw in the library at Mere Green maybe 1980-ish. I remember they both had black hair, the girl's hair was in a bob which was very wide. I think it had only a small amount of colour in it.
If anyone could tell me what it is, I would be very grateful, as I would love to have a copy.

I don't think it had much in the way of text either, it was aimed at pre-school children.

I'm sure it wasn't Mark and Mandy, the drawings were cartoony, with flat colours, without much shading.

Was it Mark and Mandy? Although the boy had black hair and the girl was blonde.
