What I believe life to be is that your born, you live and then you die.In between birth and death you make your own choices to what you will leave behind.
What's the meaning of life?Well I think it involves the many things.I feel that it envoles the many emotions we go through on a daily basis. It also involves the ingelligence we as humans have to make the life we're given better. To try and be kind and caring to everyone else and love yourself.

Philosophers and scientists are agreed that life has no entelechy - that is, it has no purpose other than reproducing itself. If it has no purpose, does it still have a meaning? There are several considerations here.
1) Life has value. It is good in and of itself. This means that life is important, and not a joke. It is worth preserving, where possible, simply because it has inherent value.
2) Defining what life is is difficult. Science can't do it. It is the task of science to describe, measure, weigh, observe, experiment and make predicitons. Science can do all of these things with living things, but can't give a definition of life. That is the task of philosophy - but philosophy can't do it either, so its definition is up in the air.
3) What is the meaning of life? often means What is the meaning of my life? Here we can move on surer ground. If you want your life to have meaning, you have to give it meaning yourself. Speaking poetically, if you choose to live your life as an alcoholic, and die that way, then you've wasted your life, and your life was meaningless. It is a hard thing to realize that your life has been meaningless. If, instead, you decide to make use of your talents and become a firefighter, saving the lives of many people, then your life would have a great deal of worth, and hence meaning.
Choose well! As the proverb says, we make our bed and we lie in it.

I believe the meaning of life is to discover and learn your own meaning in a physcial and chemical way while utilizing a "watcher" energy given from a ultimate source. Life is a continuation of ultimate energy, it comes from a source and when our earthly bodies fail the energy contained within that was watching and learning from the crazy chemicals reactions of the outside world (our bodies and further outside as in the world) goes back to the source hopefully wiser and less to learn.

Who said life has a meaning? Life is a natural phenomenon (or God's creation, depending on whom you ask). You don't ask questions about the meaning of sunrise or the meaning of nuclear fission. Why do you insist that life is different? And, by the way, how do you define "meaning"?

Life is a gift that we must cherish. Carpe Diem is the motto. Life must be taken advantage of. Is a unique chance for expression. Is purity and versatism, is beauty and malice, is love and hate is contrast. We have the right to choose and we often pick what is better for our lives. Life is a gift that wa must retrieve to others too. This is why charity exists, this is why one.org exists, this is why birth itself exists. Make love, not war!

I feel that the true meaning in life is to make things better, for yourself and others. In the long run, that is much more satisfying than any amount of selfishness, preaching about God, or over-stimulation.
