yes they do but instead of giving you 2 x performance it only gives 1.5 x the performance, but it helps a whole lot

Not yet. Right now, only 1 game takes advantage of a dual core cpu or computer. And that is Call of Duty 2.

It is the complete system not just 1 part you need memory, a fast hard drive (raptor) and a good video card or dual video cards
