yes they do but instead of giving you 2 x performance it only gives 1.5 x the performance, but it helps a whole lot

It is the complete system not just 1 part you need memory, a fast hard drive (raptor) and a good video card or dual video cards

Yes, they run alot better, but you need RAM and a good Video Card also
