Munich, Edward..."The Scream"...it's creepy but it's my favorite piece of art.

Two items...

"The Night Watch" by Rembrandt-part of which has been used on boxes of "Dutch Masters" cigars for years, and was also the subject of a song done by King Crimson (progressive group) on their album "Starless and Bible Black"

A series of drawings done in Japan in 1848 when Commodore Perry visited, in what is termed as the "opening" of Japan-they depict a telegraph machine in extreme detail and various sailors performing a play. These drawings are in the Chrysler Museum of Art in Norfolk VA.
