I HAVE to take a bath/shower before attempting to go to sleep! Sometimes a hard day at work leaves me so tired that I fall asleep real quick. Last night I couldn't sleep cause of problems with my step-daughter and I kept tossing and turning all night! I think tonight I'll sleep rather well regardless.

sleeping naked. i can't sleep right with clothes on.
also i always sleep better with someone next to me, especially if it's someone i love. still looking for the one to be there 24-7-365 though!
if i really have problems sleeping, i usually find it's because i'm stressed, so i get the mineral ice out and rub it whereever i feel a little sore or tense and then put a tiny bit on my forhead and jawline and i drift away quickly.

I think that that a good long shower can make you sleep better at night try it. Take a shower wash your hair and put on comfortable pajamas and just try to go to slleep hope that helps.
