You need to upgrade to high speed to make this possible. Go through your phone company or cable company to do this. Once upgraged you can have multiple users on the internet in the house. One will be hard wired and the others will have wireless internet connections.

It all depends on how much you want to spend.

Broadband is your best bet because of the speed that you gain, approx £15 - £25 a month from your service provider dependant on the speed that you want 1 to 4 Meg would be fine.

Wireless router, Linksys are very good, a couple of WiFi network cards, go for the G band ones, I think that Linksys do a kit with all that you would need to setup your home WiFi network, approx £100

earlsquareling is right.

Broadband internet
Wireless router (cos wires are a pain and are not cheap)
Wireless cards in all computers

DO over-egg the range of the wireless router. If it says "range 200 feet" assume the useful range is 30 feet. Walls are a big problem. But once working, it's cool.

Network the two P.Cs to the internet using a connection splitting router. Or alternatively you could try wireless cards on a laptop in her room.
