Next time you open a window drag the corner to make it as big as your screen, then close it, and the next time you open Internet Explorer it will be that big.

★★ OPEN IE WINDOWS MAXIMIZED ★★
◙ Right click the shortcut icon for IE next to the Start button, choose Properties, change it from 'normal' to 'maximized'. Now open it. Now right click any link on the page, choose Open In New Window....don't maximize it....instead, use the mouse to resize it to what you want it to be. Now close the FIRST window you opened, and then close the new one you just resized.
Reopen IE from the shortcut icon again, and all windows from now on will be the size you chose and created.

Sounds like you are still using internet explorer. Go to www.mozilla.com and download mozilla firefox. It's so much easier to use and 99% of pages load on it just like they do on internet explorer. It has lots of cool features and is really customizable. Best of all you can open new pages in new windows, new tabs, or the same tabs (your choice).

quit being so lazy ;)
it opens the size of your minimized window, SO open a window, minimize it, then stretch it to the size of the regular window, but DO NOT MAXIMIZE it, now each and every window you open, by right clicking "open a link in a new window", will be the size of your larger window. tada!
