When ever I'm singing and my jaw moves a certain way my left ear will pop. Why is this? Can I make it stop? It's really annoying.

I suggest you let your doctor take a look. There may be various reasons why the pressure behind your eardrum is not equalizing properly. When your jaw moves it changes the relationship between the eardrum, the air in the cavity behind it, and outside world. The change in pressure is then sensed as a 'pop'. You may, for example, have some fluid blocking your Eustachian tube. Or you could have an ear infection. There's lots of things it might be, so your doctor is the best one to advise you.

When you sing (if you're doing it right) all your air passages will open up. You'll yawn, your ears will pop and other stuff like that. Don't worry about it, just try to ignore it. If it gets really annoying try moving your jaw a little differently.

You most probably have an ear illness that is inflicting a strain difference on your ear. If it will get worse, lasts longer than five days or has every other signs that cross in conjunction with it you must cross see a general practitioner.
