What do you think works the best for menstraul periods? Midol.pamprin or premysyn.

Pamprin for me, but if you compare the ingredients in all three, they are all the same, with the exception of caffeinated or non.

One time I had bad cramps and I actually took childrens asprin, and it did the trick, better than anything I've ever taken.

Just remember that when you take children's asprin, you have to take like 8, because each pill has a very tiny amount in it. But for some reason I like that better. It's like you chew it, and swallow each one separately, and you can feel your pain start to go away as you are taking them.

I just use regular tylenol and a heating pad with some warm tea. All of these things will allow you to sleep or rest the pain away.

Advil, Tylenol, Midol, Pamprin will all work to relieve cramps. I like whatever is cheaper, like generic stuff.

Womens tylenol. hands down. it's expensive bot totally worth it.

motrine for the cramps, though it does sometyimes make people drowsy it works wonders on those pms cramps
