By no means are you alone. From what you've said, you might be of the artistic type, with a special talent all your own. Whether this is true or not you are a very very special person.

This planet we live on is large and there is plenty of room for wonderful and special people like you and I. Open your mind to all the great things you deserve and challenge yourself to belong to whatever makes you happy and comfortable.

Your place is where your happy, and your timing in this world couldn't be better. Every single person on earth has his/her place and yours is where your heart lies. Find your passion and the rest will fall in place.

Yes you do know how to live because your living right now. Since no one is better than you, you can do anything you want to do to make your life worth living per your standards.

Be you, be true and life will follow.

What you are describing does sound like it could be a panic attack or panic anxiety which can escalate if untreated. I would get into my regular family doctor and tell he or she your symptoms. There are a lot of medications available to help your brain chemistry to respond to situations that would be more helpful for you. I would also look into biofeedback as well. Often, your school or college will have a biofeedback lab that can be used for free or for a very nominal cost. Do persist in getting your point across to your mom. There are so many great ways to help you with this and it would be very sad if you were to start avoiding situations that might trigger these in you, when so much is available to help with these now. If mom won't listen, try getting another relative or teacher to help you find the resources you need to connect with. Best of luck--

This is a feeling of alienation which results from cultural shocks, frustrations, disappointment, monotony and bordum. Sometimes we are in these situation because we want to change the place, time and people or at least to change our outlook of the whole matter. So change is the essence of consistency and coming back to the track.

You must live in a small world (in your mind). Expand yourself by learning something new everyday. Experience and learn about different cultures, levels of people and backgrounds, explorer what's life about. Your having an "What's up Alfie day".

I used to feel like you, but now when I feel out of place it's usually because everyone's timing around me is off.

You are not alone, honey. But don't view that feeling as a negative thing! It just means that you are special and unique! Do what you think is right and you will always be right!

Everybody's wierd, that's what makes you a person. If everybody succumbed to the norm, then this world will be a dull and uninteresting place. Never change who you are.

definitatly not. I once had a feeling like I wasn't really me when I was driving home. I had a feeling I was gonna crash because I didn't think I could control my own body. But it was only a couple of seconds, so I didn't.
