Hi,
Here has some Instructions for you.
1
Schedule ample time to complete your personal statement. Online MBA Rankings recommends setting aside eight weeks to complete your essay. While you may not need the entire eight weeks, it helps to start early to avoid running out of time.

2
Designate one main topic or aspect of your experience to build your essay around. Brainstorm different topics such as a skill, life experience or a revelation that separates you from the other applicants.

3
Within the context of your main topic, highlight qualities that make you a leader and a good fit for each school you are applying to. Be specific. This is one of the key factors that create success in the business world and something all MBA admissions officers are looking for.

4
Be specific about your goals. While it is very important to display how your character fits the program, make sure you let the admissions office know what you want to do with your MBA.

5
Demonstrate clear, effective communication skills. This essay will let admissions officers know how well you communicate. The statement is a persuasive argument. Are you convincing? Have family, friends or colleagues read your essay and give you feedback.

6
Review the essay. Spending a few hours to a few days away from the essay will help you see it afresh. This can be a great asset in catching small errors you may have missed initially.

Thanks
