If it's for a guy, forget it. Even if he says," Ohh, I like pouty chicks." That's one of the most insecure thing you could do. People like confidence and if you pout, they will walk all over you, treat you like a little kid and roll their eyes every time they see you.
But on the other hand, if you need to learn it for a play or something, just stick your bottom lip out slightly pushing with air to make lips appear fuller and give the evil eye. That should do it.

don't do it....pouting is so NOT attractive, it's juvenile and pathetic...and most of all....annoying as H*LL!
