I have trouble finding jeans to wear. they are either too baggy or too short. Any help on finding jeans that fit at a low price?

Try "Silver Jeans" you can get them at "The Buckle", they are sized like guys jeans, as in 30" waist, 28" length, etc.... instead of like womens jeans ie: size 0, size 1, size 5, etc.
They also do free hemming and tailoring.
