The referee is from spain. If the Referee is from either teams country they are more likely to cheat.

I get the question why would FIFA choose refree that is going to be baised (France beat Spain, so Spain refree might get revenge for his country.) I don't know, sorry.

I don't think it matters all that much because either way your going to have a ref that is bias. That is the way it always is in a higher level sporting event.
